Intra Workout Nutrition

Rob reccomends Intra Workout Nutrition. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what and when? I am new to the Blueprint and pardon if this has been covered elsewhere.

There are a couple of different intra-workout drinks you can utilize. The first utilizes tart cherry juice while the second is a protein based formula.

You can find specifics on these in the Logs forum and some different tweaks that you can use.

If you have 3.0 there is a separate document with a formula for an intra workout drink. For me that one works very very well. I have opted to skip the GPA and added ALA and glycergrow to it though. I can't imagine being without it now. After 40-50 minutes my energy drops quite a bit and to get a good go for the remaining hour or two it is gold.
