First Run

This is my first run with 2.0, just signed up for v3.0
Im on day 1 of famine right now, to make sure im doing it all right here is what I have for the week
Day 1
Squat/1 arm db row
Tbar row/chin up
3x curls
Diet - 1 Meal around 730pm after I lifted
Day 2-5 will be same except changing up exercises, diet will remain one meal between 630-730pm.
Once I get to Feast, I have the BP stack from MASS and formula Im going to try out. If you have any suggestions let me know
