First Run

This is my first run with 2.0, just signed up for v3.0

Im on day 1 of famine right now, to make sure im doing it all right here is what I have for the week

Day 1
Squat/1 arm db row
Tbar row/chin up
3x curls

Diet - 1 Meal around 730pm after I lifted

Day 2-5 will be same except changing up exercises, diet will remain one meal between 630-730pm.

Once I get to Feast, I have the BP stack from MASS and formula Im going to try out. If you have any suggestions let me know

Finshed day 3 of famine and the Chest/Tri workout. One meal a day and mostly salad and greens has me starving. Also, ran a 5K this morning for memorial day run. That didnt help make things, especially hunger, any better. 2 more days of famine and then onto feast
