Turmeric uses

Anyone used Turmeric during BP? I know its known for being a great anti-inflammatory and can be added to just about any dish.

I think I may use it during my feast phase to help with the workout soreness :)


Thoughts/opinions?

Starting Famine tomorrow! I Cannot WAIT to get in the gym.. Its been over a week and a half.

Fantastic anti-inflammatory.

Nice orange color to it too ) The molecular weight is low enough to allow for transdermal delivery.

More to come on that after I FINALLY get some sleep.
