Sorry i got so busy and forgot to update this.
Today was Day 7 of Feast
Weight 163.5 (+ 6.5 lb)
Weight is rising nicely. Around day 10 I will start to taper my calories back down a little.
I did workout #1 on 10/20;
BB Bench - 160 x 9
DB Pullover - 40 x 10
EDT #1
Incline DB Press - 50 x (total of 29 reps)
BB Rows - 115 x (32 reps)
= 61 total reps EDT #1
BB Squats - 160 x 10
SLDL - 135 x 10
EDT#2
BB Curls - 75 x (28 reps)
Tricep BB Overhead Extensions - 55 x (36 reps)
= 64 total reps EDT #2
Workout #2 (Tonight)
BB Bench - 175 x 5
DB Pullover - 50 x 6
EDT #1
Incline DB Press - 50 x (33 reps)
BB Rows - 115 x (35 reps)
= 68 total reps EDT #1
BB Squat - 170 x 6
SLDL - 145 x 6
EDT #2
BB Curls - 75 x (31 reps)
Tricep Overhead BB Extension - 55 x (42 reps)
= 73 total reps EDT #2
Overall I feel excellent. Especially workout #2 doing the EDT blocks. I felt strong as ever.
If I had to critique my workout it would be to focus getting full ROM on bench press. When I do my warmups I have no problem, but adding weight I do. I feel I have gotten better. Some people I watch bench are very sloppy. I feel I have good form, but I dont always touch the barbell to my chest (Maybe 1" from it). I could just be being too hard on myself....
My squat form used to be horrible, so I basically started all over with them a while back to correct my form. I am getting better and it's becoming more natural. This is a lift I expect to really shoot up in weight here soon.
