That's actually quite good given where you are this time around given the recomp goal. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with..

well, it seems like it must be doing something. i believe tomorrow will be 2 weeks on it, and if ive lost 3 lbs eating 3-500 calories below maintenance for ~11/14 of those days, then ive lost about 1.5-2 lbs from the dicana alone. my body temp is starting to feel warmer as well.

Very, very sorry to hear about your friend. I get the same reaction to food when these things happen.

Take time to work through it. There are many BP cycles ahead and more important things in the world...

How are you doing, dealing with the loss of your friend?

I was in a deep depression for 2 weeks after we lost Otis. I worked through it by helping a few of you guys. Felt better instantly. Maybe that'll help. These gains have to be generating lots of questions in your gym.

Maybe take a young guy under your wing for a spell. That's what was done for me...... and how this all started.

MSR9889,

Sorry to hear about your loss and what you're going through.
As best you can, go into the pain and loss, instead of away from it or trying to control it with thoughts or substances...
Maybe think how your friend would want you to handle it...

All the best
