Ok and what about lack of size in my arms and chest? Anything else I can do to help? If for the last two weeks I go 70%/100% zig zag, do the workouts change at all?

Workouts won't change really, no.
The ONE suggestion I might have there is to look into alternate loaded stretching movements. This could be something as simple as changing the incline on your bench for pullovers, accentuating the deep negative on dips, etc..
Sometimes this can make all the difference. Also, static holds in the LOWEST range on the decline bench press with a SLIGHTLY wider grip can help. Suggest about 1/4 of the way up off the chest. It does take some experimentation so go slow and make sure you have a spotter!
