Well, the # did go up, which is a pretty good thing considering my situation, but it was a pretty big let down on what it could've been if I wasn't sick. I was really hoping for 270 at least, but when it comes down to it I haven't moved more than 245 for the past 6+ weeks. I could definitely feel the body shock on the weight once I hit 255.
Benchpress -
265x1 (PR +5 lbs)
Lower back seems a bit stressed today and didn't want to squat with it like it is. Will try it later on in the week, but I feel it'll be very similar to my benchpress, if it goes up at all. I did 275x2 and that's what I did after my first 5 feast workouts, so seems like similar stats are coming.
Overall, even though I'm a bit let down over the small #, it is an increase and I gotta be happy about it. I shall be looking forward and carrying on, of course.
