Hey,

I was wondering whether karbolyn helps improve muscle size and strength?
I read one review about the guy getting stronger due to a "full muscle" feeling and increased pump.

or is it just for recovery by helping nutrients and protein absorb faster?

thanks

IMO, both.

I rather like this stuff and it's incredibly efficient given what it does. It for damn sure beats that "crap" feeling dextrose leaves you with!

There's a reason its in my drink recommendation (most recent). It is a superior product, IMO to dextrose, waxy maize and certainly lower glycemic juices (too much fructose).

You'll be reading a LOT more about it in 3.0...

God if I could make just $1 off of these recommendations I'd be a rich man.

Can you imagine? AskMass really needs to get on this. I'd much rather your $ go to someone supporting this board Blueprint than another. I hope you know what I'm saying....

Without John Drake/MASS, the BP would still be in my cellar and we wouldn't have this place to learn, share and grow. Please do take that into consideration..

Although he provides no link to the store here (where else do you see THAT?), his products are worth every penny. Paying customer since 1993 and damn proud of it...
