Askmass,

Just got in a shipment of Mass Amino. It tastes a lot like the old Glutamine Supreme you used to sell. Is this a modified version of GS with some additionall BCAA's?

It does for a fact contain Glutamine Supreme and is the modern day upgraded version of it. The BCAA content is substantial, and all the ratios quite specific.

I use it every single day, blanchdawg, and hope you like it as much as many of us do. It really does take Glutamine Supreme up several levels, good as it was stand alone.

Thanks.

Askmass or Rob,

Quick question about usage. When, in your opinion, is the optimal time to take Mass Amino? My thought is that I probably get enough aminos through the post-workout shake and adding Mass Amino to Mass Pro is overkill.

I tend to think it should be taken on workout days in conjunction with my intraworkout drink and on non-workout days first thing in the morning.

Should I tweak this at all?

You have the right idea (intra workout) specifically is where I'd use it.

This isn't just a "stock" BCAA+G powder. AskMass may expand further, but the ratios arrived at aren't by accident. Yes it's more expensive but it's also more effective IMO than Xtend, certainly bulk BCAA etc.

One curious note... the glucometer readings are better when MassPro Amino is utilized in my intra workout drink. As always, I encourage you to run your own "tests" like this to validate what I'm saying.

Glutamine is research proven to aid in glucose disposal. Just on of the reasons, I speculate as to why it's more effective...
