Creatine

I gather its positive to use creatine during BP. Does it matter what type you use? For dosage do you just take a maintanence dose post workout on workout days and anytime on non workout days? cheers.

Yes during Feast and/or Cruise!
What type you use doesn't really matter, PROVIDED it's quality and it works for you! I favor two types: Kre-Alkalyn and DiCreatine Malate.
Both deliver all of the benefits of mono with none of the bloat, stomach upset or need to load IMO.
On the Kre-Alkalyn, it's already in your Kre-Anabolyn. Just 2-3 caps a day delivers the equivalent of 10-15g of mono with none of the aforementioned sides. Great stuff, IMO. Much controversy but again... use what works best for YOU!

Great thanks alot. Ill use the one ive got as ive had some success with it, and ill aim for 10-15g a day then. cheers
