Has anyone had experience with this and does it really increase your blood flow or "pump"? It also claims to restore ATP faster.
worth ago or a waste of money?
thanks

It has value but there are better amino's and such for your dollar. Minor player in the grand scheme of things IMO.
If you want a lot of citrulline (and tasty at that) eat lots of watermelon post workout.
LOADED with it!

Thanks rob,
I thought that would be the case.
would you recommend mixing with other amino's? if so what ones? or really not worth it?
cheers

Depends upon the goal..
Pre workout? If so there are far better option. Something along the lines of Nitro AKG on an empty stomach, followed thereafter by an intra workout drink composed of the following:
- 75g Pure Karbolyn
- 35g Mass Pro
- 20g of BCAA
Begin sipping on this 15 min prior to, between sets and finish up the last 1/3rd or so post workout. Take your Ecdy one hour prior and immediately after, washing it down with that drink.
Try that combo and tell me what you notice..

In BP, the one use for citrulline I've found is in the rest day(s) at beginning of Feast if I've 'amonia-d out' at all during famine...
Thanks for the tip re melons... next time will use that, juicing the whole (organically grown) thang - rind, meat, seeds
(and especially if they are in season)
