Yeah man, great product.
It does illustrate that there is in fact a difference if you're particular about your micronutrient intake. For advanced men, this can be an important issue.
I'll let AskMass clarify as he's the expert here. Unclear how IF would play into it. He has a LOT of insight into this product...

Fasting is so underrated, and sometimes mistakenly maligned.
For all-around health and fitness, history has proven a world of benefits.
Smart athletes fast, and BP'ers keenly know of it's value. That's all thanks to Rob Regish.
It's great seeing Blueprint guys pick up on the truth of things like Multi-Life, too.
We've only stocked two multi-vitamins in our history. First, the original Richard's Special Two - which was a respected tab in those days.
The thing that is so impressive about Multi-Life is how well it is absorbed. Not just digestion, but fast, near direct absorption into the cells of your body.
You can feel the difference.
Fitness minded folks in tune with their body are the ones who rave about Multi-Life, and I'm not surprised it won you over, Big J.
It's best taken two at a time about 20 minutes before or between meals on an empty stomach with a full glass of water, if you ask me.
My rule of thumb is to pop a cap or two anytime my body tells me to... that means I down 5-6 most days. Two in the AM, two before a ride and another 1-2 in the evening depending on circumstances.
Totally different dosing for kids and less active adults, but it's smart for them too. I can name a lot of healthy babies born to moms and dads who use Multi-Life!
