Anyone use Animal Pak's (either during blueprint or at some other time)? Opinions of the product?

First: minerals are from oxide, meaning very low absorption

Second: lots of questionable ingredients (does it do something? is it good for your health?) at questionable dosage (is it enough to produce an effect?)

Third: Expensive

Forth: lots of huge pills to swallow

My thought: I tried it once, did nothing and never bought it again.

Waste of money to make expensive urine.

Absorption is absolutely KEY (read about Multi-Life, bottom of page)- https://bodybuildingsupplements.com/health-fitness.html

Jumping on the band wagon

I have tried

Animal Pak
Optimen
Orange Triad

My conclusion is I wasted money

I was given a sample bottle of a Mutli from AskMass and it had some greens in it I dont know which it was, but it wasnt until I stopped taking it I realized it was working while i took it

I've also tried it. Most of it like askmass said is wasted through urine. The pill size is also ridiculous and gets tedious.

Lol, isn't the neon urine a result of vitamine B12? I don't suspect there is anything in particular that you should feel from a multi. But I would not go with animal pak, very pricey. But I do enjoy orange triad.

Hank as usual hit the nail on the head with keen insight.

You don't so much "feel" a huge amount of ergogenic benefit (at least not athletes such as ourselves) in the short term with a legit multi as you miss it when it's removed from the mix.

The long term pluses of Multi-Life are many fold, for health, wellness, longevity and athletic performance.

I can not tell you how many people will order a rush shipment of Multi-Life, after having used it for a couple months before dropping it for a couple weeks. It becomes very apparent what all it does for you in that kind of scenario.

A good general guideline is to dismiss any multi that is in tablet form, BTW. Time-released Vitamin C needs to be in tablet form, but with a multi it is a sure sign of cost cutting measures being undertaken and a far from ideal format (heat/binders).
