Joint Force by PA

I have been using this stuff for about two weeks, here is a short review
Me 46 YO
Lifting about 4 years now last an in the year moving heavier weights( big three lifts) elbows usually hurt
Current joint supp i use is Flex and I take 2gms of fish oil daily
First impression is that the bottle is kind of small, like a bottle of eyeglass cleaner but good stuff comes in small packages.
When you spray it there is a definite "aclholy" smell and its a fine mist some I have breathed it in accidently: smells like the old ditto machine papers we used to get in school (for use older folks). Once dry there is a slight menthol scent, not really noticeable unless you sniff pretty close. No DMSO bad breath or garlic taste
In order to see if this stuff works I have been applyin to my right elbow and shoulder only
I apply about 3-4 squirts on my arm completely around the elbow in an attempt to cover both tennis elbow and golfers elbow or the biceps tendon ( too bad PA doesn't include instructions for best places to spray). I also spray the front and top of my shoulder
Stuff evaporates quickly, so I suggest using some plastic wrap to cover wherever you spray. When wrapped the area gets very warm, not hot like a capasian product. I find this sensation very pleasing.
Really nothing unpleasant about this product, I do think it works as I have had no real elbow pain for about a week now and my shoulder pain is practically gone too I will start on left elbow today
If i could change anything it would be to put it in a roller ball type bottle or maybe one of those sponge top type applicator bottles , this way it would be a more accurate application and I wouldn't have to breath it
CLIFF NOTES
Bottle is Small
Stuff works
Doesn't Smell bad
No negative side
