Full list of them in The BP. Here is your best solution:

Pour the following ingredients into a blender:

- 12 to 16 oz of Pineapple juice
- 2 cups of skim milk powder (alternatively, 2-3 scoops of protein powder)
- 1 large banana
- 2 containers of liquid egg whites (back in the day, this was 6 raw eggs!)
- 1 tablespoon of raw/organic wheat germ
- 1 container of Greek yogurt
- 2/3 scoops low-fat ice cream (Ok I use full fat but what the hell..)
Place into large thermos and sip slowly with every meal.
- This baby is loaded with calories, protein and b-vitamins from the wheat germ
- Bromelain and papain digestive enzymes come from pineapple juice
- Digestive enzymes are important and overlooked for protein absorption
- Rich in potassium/vitamin C, fiber and beneficial bacteria found in the yogurt.

Also, do read up on pages 28-30. I'd suggest the Super Squats diet also, beginning on page 35.

What about adding a Gallon of Milk per day to what you currently eat

CALORIES = SIZE

Yeah, I can tell you when I was in my 20s, this worked GREAT! They even have a great akronym,

Gallon
Of
Milk
A
Day

Or GOMAD for short! Too bad I had some back problems, and let myself backslide so much. 8-(

No worries. As Hank pointed out, fantastic way to grow given where you're at. An old standby, that's put to the nth power in the context of Super Squats...

I tried this today, actually didn't taste too bad... except I couldn't find any raw wheat germ, the bulk shop has toasted wheat germ, is that any good? For today I just put some oatmeal into the mix.

I really like milk because it has a really nice ratio of carbs/protein/fats for me.I dont like being to carb heavy or at least compared to your average lifter I guess.

I have to say, I love this shake. It makes getting in all the calories extremely easy... it's almost a challenge to not go too much over!

I like to add in ground flax and natural PB as well.
