Street-Dreams first BP run

ok.. so ive decided that I am too impatient to wait to start my BP run.. If the results are as good as Ive read then Itd be a waste of my time to continue doing what I have been doing.

so I will get a heart rate monitor watch and start recording my HR to get a baseline. I will start this tomorrow and continue this for one week as stated in the BP. Also I will stop all supplementation besides multi + fishoil and eat a amount of calories at my maintenance level.

As stated in my other thread I would like to concentrate on BP and DL instead of BP +SQ.

my secondary concerns are upper back + legs

I took a guess in my other thread what my edt blocks would look like but apparently I was incorrect. If I was reading it right the first 5 workouts of feast are basically going to be split into 2 seperate workouts after (provided the rep ranges and all that are changed and of course the edt blocks are added in.)

first 5 workouts

first big lift
stretch movement

second big movement
stretch movement

the rep ranges for the big lifts being in order (8-10, 4-6, 2-3, 6-8, 1RM)

now I have 1 rep maxes to use with the calculator for the german loading program.

from then on I will alternate between

Workout #1

big lift 1 (GLP)
stretch movement

edt block 1

workout #2
big lift 2(GLP)
stretch movement

edtblock 2

when I stop growing I go into cruise and reload..

this is of course leaving out anything about nutrition during the phases.. I am concerned with getting the lifting part down right now.. the nutrition I understand.

OK you've got most of this right so good work.

Remember, week by week. And your current stagnation is likely due to over-training. Meaning your strength increases created new demands your workout frequency prevented your body from super-compensating.

The week off then, is highly recommended to avoid over-training. Also, do look at this one week at a time. Focus on Famine right now.

There is both a physical and psychological reason built into the "only rest and eat for 3 days" transition into Feast...

full court basketball + me doing my best rip hamilton impersonation = tired.
then lifted for a bit.

so far 400 cals and only 4g of protein.

Ive decided to use my CL oximega greens to make sure Im getting the healthy stuffs.. I really dont have/ want to have a ton of veggies for famine considering I dont eat them normally.. lets see how it works out..lol

each scoop is supposed to = like 3 servings of fruits and veggies I think.

should be sore as hell tmw tho.
