wow great gains for me

you guys might think its not much but for me its a lot. sooo i started deadliftong for the first time ever, my 1rm was 135 two workouts ago . today (3rd feast workout) i deadlifted 185 .... i went from 135 to 185 in three workouts and i know i can do more than 185 next goal 235
