A little about me i'm 21 years old and 6'1" right now sitting between 208lbs depending on the day. I started lifting a little more than a year ago when i saw a picture of myself at my little sisters grad and realized that i had gotten FAT, i was sitting at about 245lbs at over 30% BF i'd say. I couldn't arm curl more than 20lbs and i could bench 75lbs 15 times, so i was pretty sad when it came to the gym. So i started to read all the articles and got a gym pass and as of right now i'm 208lbs at around 18% BF and am now curling 45x10x3, my bench is now 155x5x3, I have never done serious squats but i can leg press 450lbs so i'm not sure how this would equate to squating. I am now looking forward to running the blue print and sticking to a serious program and looking for some extreme gains. I would love to be able to bench my body weight after this program but i'm not sure what my body weight will be after this first run so i'm going to say 210lbs. I'm going to pick up a BP stack from muscle mass in order to really make this a beastly two months.
The only thing is that i am allergic to all nuts except coconut because it's a fruit, so i need some alternatives to eating PB and almonds.
Thanks guys

All welcome Riley!
And thanks for sharing your background. Great work getting back into the game. We will be here to assist along the way.
Understand on the nut allergies. Simply eliminate PB, almonds etc. What fats can you consume without issues? We'll start there. Famine should be your first focus, and those calories should largely come from fruits, veggies and leafy greens.
We can work in some olive oil on your salads and such. They don't necessarily have to come from nuts. Fish oil too (UltimateOmega) here is a favorite and highly recommended.

I'm taking a week off this week so i'm going to start the famine on monday october 4th. I'm just reading and planning my workouts this week and trying to make sense out of everything i've read.
The other thing is that the gym i have at my disposal doesn't have a squat rack or any barbells so i don't know what to substitute for the squats. If it comes down to it i'll have to go buy another gym membership or buy a squats rack for my home gym as i have a bench and weights in my basement that i use on days i can't make the gym.

Good man and take my word for it: A home gym is likely the BEST investment you'll ever make.
Had mine for 12+ years and never looked back. Best decision ever. Always open, never crowded and the play the music I like. Commute isn't bad either
Power rack is your first step...

started my blueprint run yesterday, the workout was good made every rep and i seem to still have some good energy today. I'm a little bit worried that i won't have much energy for my soccer game on friday so i was wondering if i could take a energy pill and still be ok?

Yes that's fine. Depends what it is though really. If you're talking about something like E/C or the like... do get a Dr's clearance to rule out any pre-existing conditions.
A strong cup of Joe is a good starting point, as a rule.

Hey Riley,
Good luck! I finished the famine fairly recently. I was tempted to take an energy pill too because I was so energy starved for the last few days.
In the end I didn't, simply because I really wanted to make sure my body was in the condition Rob describes in the book, and my fear was that stimulants would have an impact on that.
Also, I found it very helpful during the famine to read and re-read the book so I could be reminded regularly of why I was doing what i was doing, and what is yet to come!

So it looks like i went through the famine phase for no reason lol. I have injuryed my self two weeks ago one day before i got to start the major workouts and i was really looking forward workout with this program. I now have stunned my brain to the point that i was in a coma in the hospital for three days, and i'm now sitting around in the rehab area for the next few weeks. I won't get to use this program for atleast two months and most likely longer than that. But however i am going to continue reading on here and trying to help others and then when i'm ready to SHRED this workout i will be a Heroic story that gets huge gains.
Thanks guys and believe me i can't wait to start this program

So i got released for the hospital today for good, got to talk to my doctor and ask him if i could go back to the gym but unfortuantely i have to wait until january to go back to the gym. The only good thing is that I am aloud to go to the pool or go for my runs everyweek starting on monday so it looks like im going to drop a little of this fat that has built up or the last year i've lost alot already but i want to get down to like 13 or less percent body fat and then once i can start the Blueprint i will be a freak.
