Exact time to start supplements after famine?

Hello all,
I have just started my first BP run and am on day 3 of the famine stage... as u all know, damn im hungry!; however, I am also enjoying it and eager to complete the 5 days successfully. I think I have got the workouts down and I have went shopping for all my fruits and vegetables. I am all-in as I have also ordered and recieved the "Blueprint Mass Stack"(KA, AN, MassPro amino, BIU).
My question now is when to start taking the supplements? Should I start on the first day of feast when I am eating and resting for 72 hours?
When should start taking the MassPro amino and what times of day? Could someone explain the two different BCAA loading protocols, and which one to use at which time? Thanks for all the support and feedback.
