This morning is my first morning of feast. Yesterdays workout was brutal I almost got sick from going too heavy but I loved it!!!

Anyways, I woke up, made breakfast and when I began to aeat it I noticed I had no taste..... Did I fry my CNS? Lol. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before.

Wow. First time I've heard this... very doubtful it had anything to do with the workout though.

I am on my first day of feast and I haven't had this. Well, actually I did have it a little bit, but thats because I burned all my taste buds off eating melted cheese that I was deprived of during famine. That's another story though


I am guessing it is just a coincidence with some other event and should be back to normal in a couple days.

Yep it's now pretty much back to normal.
