hey everyone I've been having this concern about taking testosterone and being 18 years old... I was wondering if it will effect my ability to produce in my later ages or if you take supplements that naturally increase testosterone (ZMA) if their will be any side effects

ZMA actually won't increase testosterone really. It's effect on it, I believe, is very minimal. All you may get out of it is some good sleep, crazy dreams, and placebo.

If you are speaking of actual testosterone cypionate injections, or methyl testosterone or other chemical steroid structures, then you should by all means stay away.
Assuming that isn't the case, our legit test booster - Adaptogen N - is actually a healthy way to peak natural levels.
From the site-
*GREAT NEWS for those let down by pro-hormone bans or burned out from steroid use. Decade plus long, proven strong Adaptogen N offers big benefits over illegal hormones because it works WITH your body to SURGE your natural Testosterone - not against it as a synthetic substitute that renders you less of a man when the wraps come off.
With you being 18, though, your levels should be around your lifetime high as is and your money might be better spent on Kre-Anabolyn for a non-hormonal anabolic kick, for instance.
ZMA... we've never carried it, and never will. IF someone is extremely deficient in zinc, yes, it can help raise test levels to a more normal state. But, if a trainer has a decent diet and is taking a good full spectrum vitamin like Multi-Life, then they are not deficient in zinc, or magnesium, etc. and ZMA is worthless.

Test levels peak early 20's, not at 18.Unsure of other hormones though.

Good question and glad you're concerned. IMO teenagers and guys in their early twentys have plenty of natural test already. Test it if you're curious. YES stay away from synthetics, although your body can recover from these over time and you will be able to produce these are just bad news. I'm will MASS, if you still feel you need or want more, go with Adaptogen N not ZMA.

... a slight aside - imo, up to age 25 -30 (and actually beyond) it is as important to stay clear of and to keep body purged of estrogen mimickers as it is to bump testosterone levels
btw - particularily in the short term, susceptibilty to estrogen mimickers is highly individualized... not a factor at all for some, key for others

Even with a legit test booster like Adaptogen N, I only rarely recommend it as a stand alone to be used for that purpose and nothing else for anyone under 24 or so.
If it's part of one of our kits or stacks, yes, it can lend to the synergistic (not a fan of that term, however) effects. But, as a stand alone anabolic for someone on a budget at that age or below I feel ones money is better spent on Kre-Anabolyn or MASS PRO Amino.
On the flip side, for a guy 35+ on a budget who is looking for his best one shot anabolic value, I'd likely recommend Adaptogen N first and foremost.
