Is alcohol during famine alright? It says to indulge with partying/staying up late.

Yes but dont overdo it and imo plan it early in the famine.

When that was written I don't think getting plastered was what he had in mind. It's as much sleep deprivation as anything. Remember, you don't have much for solids in your body. That's why Cookie says "early." By the end you are empty, fatigued and the body absorbs everything differently. Your tollerance will be nill. But hey, you'll be a cheap drunk
