OK, but I'm no math whiz. Here's how I like to do it..

BW - 200lbs x 20 = 4000K/day

On one forum you posted this for famine:

Great plan, great supps!

Do consider some caloric rotation during feast. Suggest the following:

First 2 weeks: 120% on training days, 100% non training days.
Next 2 weeks: 100% on training days, 85% non training days.
Last 2 weeks: 100% on training days, 70% non training days.

That should deliver lots of new muscle with less fat!

I weight 155, so:

155 x 20 = 3,100 Calories/Day

and, then:

3,100 x 1.2 = 3720 Calories on Training days for the first two weeks?

I made a mistake, not for famine it's for feast. I wish famine was 3,720 calories a day!!!
