GLP1, GLP2, and Russian Strength Calculator

Post by dropthebeats »

Hey guys,

Since I'm a big dork, I made an Excel spreadsheet for the German Loading Pattern 1 & 2, and the Russian Strength Program. I didn't want to have to calculate the weight I needed to use every time I ran one of these programs.

All you have to do is put you current 1RM in the box next to the "1RM" box, and it will figure out the weight for you. (my current 1RM is listed in that box). It also has all the sets and reps listed.

To get to the different workout programs, just click on the tabs at the bottom of the worksheet. I hope some of you guys will find this helpful.

I wasn't sure how to put an Excel spreadsheet online, so I uploaded to Google Docs. I have that for you guys to see. If anyone would like me to email them the Excel file, just message me your email.

Ben

Yeah, I can definitely add the 10% solution. I'll work on that tomorrow.

Just a thought here: Perhaps move this to BP core section of forum? Just for the sake of protecting the material ;)

This really is fantastic.

If there were a rep system here, it would be mod-rep worthy x 50 lol
