e-bol/ cbol creatine taking on an empty stomach

during the feast phase should you be taking ebol and c bol on an empty stomach or is it a good idea to be taking it with your last meal before workouts on workout days

Ecdy administration during Feast depends largely on product.

If using Thermo's ecdy on non-training days, take it with your 3 highest PROTEIN meals.

If using Kre-Anabolyn on off days, take it with your 2-3 highest CARB meals due to the inclusion of creatine/4hydroxy isoleucine and Ldopa.

On training days, consider one dose about an hour prior to the workout with a light meal and immediately post workout with your workout drink. Doing so will put the product right where you need it to work its magic (cGMP stimulation, among other things)....
