I understand that the first 72 hrs of feast are for eating and sleeping.
Once the 72 hrs is up will i start the 5 prescribed workouts on consecutive days ?
(just to be clear) once those 5 days are up, i will do the german loading pattern 2 days a week with selected exercises from the loaded stretch options?
EX:
Workout 1: DB Pullovers (for prescribed sets and reps)
Workout 2:Cable Rows (for prescribed sets and reps)
Workout 3:Hack Squat (for prescribed sets and reps)
Workout 4:Leg Press (for prescribed sets and reps)
Workout 5:OH Tri Ext (for prescribed sets and reps)
Workout 6:Preachers(for prescribed sets and reps)
This will be done twice a week ???

could probably do them consecutively if your running some AAS bro. 
unless your on cycle though i would recommended resting 1-2 days between each workout (talking about the 1st 5) and maybe wait 3 days before your new 1 rm max.
and yeah the loading pattern post there its recommended doing 2 a week (plenty of rest),
