Feast Question...

Will it be possible to keep dropping BF% while in the feast phase? I know you are supposed to up your caloric intake of healthy fats, protein, and carbs so how would you be able to lose BF% at the same time if possible?

If the goal is recomposition, Rob recommends 100% of maintenance calories on training days and 70% on off days

After a short run through though, wiht proper cardio and while eating clean enough foods i think it would be easy to recomp at 80/110 or even 90/120


but for now stick to 70/100 until you figure out what works best for you

Correct, and thanks for th assist!

The one caveat is you can eat a lot more the first 10 days or so in feast before enzyme turnover catches up. Consider 120%/100% during that time..
