Cantaloupe
Raw Goats Milk
Sashami
Beef Jerky (NON commercial, homemade)
Berries of all variety's
Peppers " " "
Nuts " " " (sprouted if possible)
Spinach (and all dark greens)
Eggs (stop overcooking them, guys!)
I could go on for some time, especially if I added in supplements from our line - which in many ways trump the above, but are used in conjunction with the above and so much more.
I essentially aim for organic, unadulterated and nutrient dense "super foods" as a rule and clean, mineral rich WATER is key to everything for the athlete IMO.
That has to be THE core if you ask me, in fact, water.

A guy who has lifted with us forever always told me about "sunny side up is where it's at" and I dismissed him for 20 years.
The dude is right I discovered about 5 years ago, both in taste and performance realization.
You've just got to open your mind a bit.
I never thought I'd be praising raw Salmon 20 years ago, either.
But, back to eggs... eat those things, a dozen a week at least. Soft boiled or sunny side up is best by far IMO, but fried hard is still a bit better than the egg white powders (
https://bodybuildingsupplements.com/newsletter93.html ).
IF you know they are fully organic and airtight (drop 'em in a glass of water and look for bubbles), then add 'em to your post workout MASS PRO to extend the protein uptake window further - or down them like ROCKY!

(totally agree in reality, he always was a put-on-puss, but the fantasy is on par w/ Mr. T as a cartoon bad ass)
(and the more raw the more nutritious ORGANIC eggs are)

I honestly could not support eggs more, I tend to eat 4-6 every single day. Scrambled, sunny side up, hard boiled, they are all good to me.
I also love cottage cheese. God I eat a ton of it.

I have not had it a long time, but I can understand the cottage cheese addiction, Sova.
I'm like that about Split Creek Farm Goat's milk, up BP'er Hank's way, in South Carolina.
When I'm running low, like now, I call and beg them to send double!
