Water intake for famine...

Just to be clear druing famine, we are to consume as much water as possible, correct?

Sounds good but what will yield better results for famine...fasting till your pre-workout meal (warrior diet) or eating fruits and veggies throughout the day?

Personally speaking, the WD approach.

Others do better with fruits and veggies throughout. You should experiment a bit as it's a worthwhile exercise!

its what were here for. We've made the mistakes so you don't have to.

Moreso the long timers (draco, Rob, Mass, etc) But the youngin's like myself do what we can :)

Yes it is.Water keep our body fresh and active.Water make sure to clean all the toxins and germs into the body and save us from many harmful diseases.So,here is a need to make sure to use excess water in your daily routine and lead a healthy life.
