500mg per cap of Kre-Alkalyn, Cookie, which is equal to 5 grams of mono, etc.
1000-2000mg's a day is average (2-4 caps - equate it to 10-20g's of mono).
Kre-Alkalyn does not have the typical sides found in standard forms, so pushing the upper limit past 2g is not really a factor, although you can push it to where the return does not add much above a more moderate dose because it is so efficiently absorbed.

I was talking to a guy in the gym yesterday that says he gets bulk creatine ethyl esther. I remember hearing about that a bit but without arguing I told him about Kre-Alkalyn and what I new about it. Wasn't purity an issue with most cee? If pure how does it compare to KA?

CEE was debunked long ago, as have most forms of "alternative" creatines to monohydrate.
Important to point out that Kre-Alkalyn IS creatine monohydrate but buffered and pH corrected to improve absorption. It is my OPINION that you need 1/10th the dose to see the same results as with monohydrate, minus the water retention, etc..
Over time, you'll come to appreciate this. That and the fact that no loading dose is necessary etc.. As always, use what works best for YOU and see this for what it is: MINOR compared to your overall program.
The Kre-Anabolyn formula was not arrived at by sheer guesswork. Some pretty sound test likely went into it because when you put the MultiStix/Glucometer to it...it really shines. The subjective notes surrounding its use also lend favor to this.

Oh too bad for this guy. He's doin the Bigger-Faster-Stronger thing and buys this stuff in bulk, throws it in a capsule, bottle, wrap, and is selling it... Kinda corny....
I never planned on it as I trust what I take. I've had two different people ask me last week and I told them Kre-Alkalyn and gave them MASS cards.
Is it a problem if I'm taking KA and dosing some mono in my pre-workout drink?
Ok edit, this is one "matrix" in my normal pre as always no amounts are stated. I know how you feel about these products but... too much creatine?

A. No

A. No. Just too many different forms
It looks like your typical VPX technobabble... In my mind, you either believe in the form of creatine you're using or just dont know - and shotgun everything. Which is what VPX loves to do.

Ok but how does this compare to say mixing different types of creatine. For example lets say I am ona bulk and take 3 caps of KA and 1 dose of cbol creatine which is Creatine Nitrate, Creatine Anhydrous, Creatine HCL 3g in prop blend and then say something else with di-creatine malate in it.Keep in mind all three of these have a lot of other goodies in them, not just what I mentioned.
So I guess what I really wanted to know is is it beneficial to mix up different types of effective creatines? And is there any sort of dosage which is unsafe?

Hi Cookie,
I'm going to defer to Rob on this one, because we do not recommend or endorse any of those in addition to or in place of Kre-Alkalyn/Kre-Anabolyn.
We distributed a top shelf CM for many years in our earlier era, called 'Pure Power Creatine'... still have the big banner hanging in our warehouse as a tribute of sorts... but, once we helped develop Kre-Alkalyn (and subsequently Kre-Anabolyn), the evidence (and Patents awarded, thereof) was so clear and pronounced that we were compelled to drop our own wildly popular CM product, never to be sold by us again.
Some of those you mention are known to be better than others, I know, but we are soundly in the high efficiency 'less is MORE/pH correct' Kre-Alkalyn flag waving community.

Umm yes that is correct!

I know with KA but ? that from other sources.

Ahh yes again. Cumon Rob you know I like my Shotgun. There is a lot of "technobabble" and hype and I do play into it a bit. I love the jolt if nothing else but the creatine, beta-alinine, and arginine cant hurt. Really thats all I'm after.
Could I rely on E/C for the jolt, KA for my creatine, skip the BA because it's questionable and try a product like nitro. I've even heard that cayenne pepper works at opening blood vessels as well as arginine. You ever heard that?
Anyway the answer is yes, i could do more with less and probably will but they are addicting

I vote for cayenne pepper!
Peppers of every color.
We've got something like 5 variety's planted and bearing - but the August like heat down here is burning up most everything else.
Peppers always make, though, someone once told me.
That stuff keeps you young.

A. Tough to say if it's beneficial or not with so many diff creatines in play. Best to use both and find out what works best for you, which I've said from day 1. That is the essence of The Blueprint.
I don't see Creatine being unsafe in any dosage, but it becomes a muddy picture when co-ingested with other ingredients, in particular stims.
Now I love my stims more than most, so it's not an issue FOR ME. Whether or not its an issue for you or not, only time and your personal experience will tell...
