Soooooo I haven't started the Blueprint yet. I find myself reading and reading trying to clear up the confusion in my head before I give it a whirl.
As a newbie what items should I purchase in preparation for the famine phase of the Blueprint? Or If there is already a thread concerning this already If you could post it I would appreciate it.
Thank you in advance!

If it helps, I work very long hours. My M-Sat. schedule is up at 5:00a.m. then off to the gym at about 6:30 and I don't get home until about 7-8p.m. My opportunities for cooking etc. are quite limited. And I also do not leave work for lunch.
I would like to know of any "on the go" types of items you may recommend.

Lots of fruit and vegetables then. Portable and can be eaten on the go..

You'll also want to check out the detox drink sticky here. Best to juice one of those up and put into a thermos for the day.

Finally, they make some nice mixed fruit/veggie bags at most grocery stores. Pricey but well worth it if convenience is an issue!

Or, buy the bags and make your own like I have always done.

I quartered up 6 sweet potato's and roasted them, great snack easy and very portable. Fruit, leafty greens and yes cabbage!
