Feast phase calories

For example, during the first 3 days of feast I would need 20X body weight in calories and 1.5g protein per pound of body weight. For me that equals 4000 calories with 300g protein. Does it matter how I obtain these goals? There's a "clean/healthy" way and a "not-so clean/healthy way". In other words: choosing pizza over steak, fried chicken over baked....etc.

Great question...
The answer is.... not really. For the first 3 days, your rebound is extremely efficient given the enzymes that store fat are still quite inactive. As time goes on (after a week or so) there is SOME up regulation and a gradual building of these enzymes, which is why I have you spriral the calories down.
As with everything else, the body gets very efficient in adapting to a stimulus. In this case, a caloric excess kept up for any length of time programs the body to store those calories as fat. Short term though... no such worries.
Hope that helps!
