Turns out fasting for 16 hours/day has no impact (negative or positive) on their performance in the gym. If you ask me, that's a HUGE win for IF!! Why? No traveling with Tupperware, having to stop what you're doing every 2-3 hours etc.

Re: Intermittent Fasting Update
I have never tried fasting but hear it can be a breakthrough.
I don't think I could do it!

Re: Intermittent Fasting Update
You can, but don't go for the gusto off the top. Meaning fast until 11AM one day, add an hour every day until your body is better with it. You don't need to do it every day, as I IF for example M-F. Rotating it with a more traditional every 2-3 hours eating seems to preserve the "punch" both diets deliver!

Coach Rob is right.
I do 24 hours fasts often, and 36 hour ones several times a year too.
IMO you do not need to go to the extreme to reap the benefits.
