Try this on for size!
Exercise: Chin-ups (can be any exercise)
Current maximum reps: 10
Let us say that you’ve been stuck on 10 pull-ups forever. No matter what you do, you just can’t increase your max. Here’s the program:
Take half your maximum reps (in this case, that’d be 5) and perform this many reps at least three times per day, then take one day off each week. After a month, I'd bet my 401(k) you can do more chinups..
