Ha ha..

Yes, it's an eye opener, isn't it? You're going to hate me by day 3 and probably REALLY be questioning me by day 5!

Ha ha.

All part of the plan. Remember, beyond teeing up your body for adaptogen use there's a nice detox effect in Famine. You'll come to crave it (believe it or not) after awhile...

Here's what my first day was like - comments ?

After reading the BP, again, it seems I'm limited to fresh fruit, vegs and nuts :o I think I may have strayed, let me know....my concern is to maintain the x times cals.

DanActive Probiotic dairy drink (80 cals, 3g protein, 14g sugar, 14g total carb)
20 oz G2 (50 cals, 0g protein, 12g sugar, 12g total carb)
Coffee with 2 creamers and some sugar
Banana pre-workout
20 oz water intra-workout
Bay scallop casserole/breadcrumbs with Broccoli post-workout (main meal)
Vita coco coconut water (90 cals, 0g protein, 22g sugar, 22g total carb)
Yoplait Lite fat free yogert (110 cals, 6g protein, 15g sugar, 20g total carb)
Fresh orange
Chicken marsala (very small portion)

I did leave each meal a little bit hungry

That's perfect Scooter!

You're right on track. Ultimately, most report losing a total of 5lbs (1lb/day) with most really feeling it on day 3.

No worries, your short terms sacrifice will be rewarded BIG TIME in short order :)
