Ecdysterone continues to rack up more evidence as to its efficacy. I've been a proponent for almost 20 years now. And you can find no finer an Ecdy source than full spectrum Rhaponticum Carthamoides Extract, found in Mass Pro Synthagen.

By the way, I just saw that AAEFX's Test Charge has 20 hydroxy ecdysterone. Do you think it's legit? I took the Test Charge Hardcore kit for a month and I believe it gave me some morning vigor and some testicular enhancement (more engorgement, if that even makes sense?). I've also gained 5 pounds but credit also goes to BP 4.0.
I plan to buy MPS in a month or two.

Even if it is, 20H is the WRONG ecdysterone to be ingesting (especially orally). Doesn't do jack, IMO. OTOH, Rhaponticum Carthamoides is a WHOLE 'nother ball game..
