On page 11 of blueprint 2.0 it says...
Legs, Back and Bi's with 2 minutes of rest between sets, 3 total sets for each
movement in the 4-6 rep range. These should be structured as jump sets in the following fashion.

Legs/Back
- Squat OR leg press (feet close, high on platform) supersetted w/seated cable, Tbar or 1 arm dumbell rows
- Seated cable rows, Tbar rows or Dumbell rows supersetted with chin up or pulldowns
I understand a "superset" is two sets done back-to-back without a rest. And a "jumpset" is doing sets of different exercises one after each other but still having rest breaks.

So this is very confusing to me. How can I do supersets and jumpsets at the same time? Could you please explain this for me? Perhaps in a very step-by-step manner for my simple mind please :)
