The many sides, of Ibuprofen

LONG STORY SHORT: In younger athletes, it hurts protein synthesis big time. In 70 year old's though, it seems to build muscles up!

If I make it to 70, I'll consider it. For most of us though, Synthagen, TQ, Kre-Anabolyn and Progenadrex are the slam dunk options.

Not to mention the FDA just issued a new warning about NSAID's potentially causing heart attacks and strokes after only a few weeks in some people...

Jesus...

How many people (especially women) scarf these down, like scoobie snacks? If this was a nutritional supplement, they'd be ALL over it like the jack booted thugs they are...
