If you're running Progenadrex, highly recommend Staley's Stack 10 and EDT templates. Best to run them on alternate days, and keep workouts short. Ideally, 30 to a max of 40 minutes.

Most folk can get in 4 sessions/week this way, for up to 4-6 weeks at a time. Perhaps even longer, if Synthagen is in the mix..
