Strength Training + Ginger: Surprisingly Good vs. Placebo!

Post by RobRegish »

Small study, but interesting nonetheless!

Strength training alone resulted in 1.7kg of muscle being added. But the combination of ST + Ginger = 3.4kg. That's double the rate of progress, and impressive IMO.

Thanks Rob.

Can't say I'm all that surprised, but this is good to see.

When we ere working on the big 'Burn It Up!' upgrade several years ago, a hefty dose of Ginger Extract is one of the things I insisted we include.

BIU is a much better strength and muscle building formula all on it's own than most consider, as people tend to focus on it's other more immediately recognized effects.

Burn It Up is so multifaceted, that it's hard to really define the product because it gives such a broad range of positive benefits and a ton of bang for the buck.

I should mention, besides the high dose of Ginger Extract in Burn It Up capsules, it is so easy to also incorporate fresh ginger into a great many foods, including raw ones like salads and even juicing.

A dash of powdered ginger in your cup of tea or smoothie is smart as can be!

While our supplements contain potency packed extracts, never miss an opportunity to add extra nutritional punch to your foods and drinks.
