Are additional BCAA's necessary?

Post by walkerl60 »

Ok Rob help me understand, or more importantly, save me some money!!!

Reading up on Mass Pro Whey, why would I need anything else in my supplement arsenal if I'm taking MPS and MPWhey? Money is really tight in my world right now and I'm just trying to be smart about what I actually need.

You have EVERYTHING you need, from a protein/EAA/BCAA perspective. BCAA's STIMULATE protein synthesis, EAA's/protein COMPLETES the process.

Big difference... :)

I guess what I'm asking, if I'm getting enough BCAA's, more specifically Leucine, in each of my meals to stimulate synthesis, and complete the process by supplementing Synthagen, do I need to "purchase" additional BCAA supplements?

During my workouts, I'm consuming protein and Synthagen, during feast phase as prescribed....
