All this is, is overpriced HMB.
Save yourself some money and just go buy some bulk HMB*... got to love the sales approach on this though... "re-inventing' HMB with a catchy TM name....
*EDIT: The original HMB is just as bad!

6 weeks in and notice nothing. Training really hard to, I knew it wasn't going to meet the hype but I was hoping it would come close, nope, save your money
