Been following the Fast Fat Lose report. Not consistantly at the moment but have noticed results in energry. ALLOT of energy!
I drink allot of black coffee, and I do love some extreme pre-workouts that are stimmed. For example Nitraflex. Which is probably not good for me at all. I bring this up because caffine doesnt effect me like those that take it less frequent then I do.
Heres what I noticed. This is rediculously cheap, going to last a long time.
Energery is very consitant and does not fade away. I fast till lunch, so I take first dose before leaving to work at 6am and another at 11am. The effects dont stop till about 5pm. Thats a long time! Especially for something found at Wal-Mart. Keeps me from thinking about food during my fast.
I cant tell if its helping with weight or not. Currently on KA and etc for the first time so there is allot of new things at work in my body at the moment.
