CLIFFS:

* The ball got rolling after an Italian study showed that supplementation with 3 g sodium-D-aspartate boosted testosterone levels in elderly men.

* Supplement world goes bonkers for DAA

* People using it don't notice anything dramatic

* Studies keep pouring in it doesn't work

Personally, I never used it. It fit the HMB pattern when it debuted, as in MOST supplement companies picked it up. MASS didn't :). I've run bloodwork on Adaptogen N and it's still my go-to product. The fact it contains a custom 25:1 Suma just makes it more appealing, IMO.

We all have our favorite test boosters, but I'm posting this in the hopes you steer clear. "Tried and True" and bloodwork are still my measuring sticks...

I used it, then I used it with bloodwork, end result: non-responder.

I did a cycle of this at 3g a day, I had my Free Testosterone levels assayed before I started supplementation and then again after 28 days.

Result was my free test levels were 20% lower than before I started using DAA, there was no change in my diet, training, sleep etc.
