Hey Rob,
I heard you give a recipe from Rob's junnior explorer chemistry kit to reduce inflamation. I am having trouble finding the exact recipe tho, something with curcumin... I think there was an oral and a topical version. Could you please refresh my memory??

Oh boy, this is going back aways and I'd have to look it up.
Orally, you're looking at 1,500mg/day with Bioperine/black pepper. Proven to increase uptake and utilization in humans by up to 2,000%! A product using Curcumin C3 is the product you're looking for. In The BP Bulletin, I go in-depth on where to get it/best price etc. Forget which issue, but you can get a FREE complimentary copy by going here:

One thing about the curcumin transdermal recipe you should be aware of: It does work, but stains EVERYTHING orange. This is NOT easy to remove, so know that going in...

Is the transdermal more or less the same as the DHEA recipe?

Very similar, yes. I don't want to give "The Recipe" away here, but you're on the right track.
There's a much better solution right around the corner, so if you're willing to wait until let's say June - it's coming. Curcumin C3 Complex is a fine supplement for healthy joint function, treating injuries and a whole lot more. However, in researching the topic further I found a much better/more efficient solution. Two, in fact.
And no, it's not Cissus...
