Hey im doing 4 caps burn it up pre workout and 20mg ephedrine from mua huang. This could be related to other stuff im taking but its definitely correlated with this.If I go anywhere over about 20 sets in the gym I get acid coming up and burning my throat, also when I burp it smells exactly like the burn it up/ephedrine.Friend said to take tums, they didnt do anything to help it so I had to discontinue.Any idea what I could do to lessen the effect but still get the benefits of both of these? As far as I remember burn it up is 50mg caffeine.

Was thinking to go 2 caps BIU and ephedrine or forget ephedrine altogether and go 2 caps BIU just?Im very sensitive to stims, dont drink tea/coffee etc and rarely use a stimmed pre so maybe it was cause I just went right in at 4 BIU and ephedrine?Always heard you wants the 10:1 caffeine ephedrine ratio

Largely a function of the increased work capacity/resulting lactic acid buildup as a result of being able to do more work on the stims.
I think your idea of 2 caps of BIU solo is a GREAT idea. Logical starting point and you can up it to 3 from there if need be. Alternatively, 2 caps of BIU and just 10mg of ephedra/MaHuang might do you well. If that still doesn't work, Alkaplex is a great way to beat acid reflux. It gets over-looked here b/c it's so inexpensive and not "flashy", but you'd be surprised how helpful it is. Hell, look at the number of people popping antacids all around you. If that doesn't tell us how messed up most people's acid/alkaline balance is, I dunno what does LOL.
BIU is a terrific product, particularly for those that don't like being "rattled". It's also the perfect adjunct to ephedrine, given it "puts" back so much whereas chronic effy use taxes the adrenals.
Hope that helps brother...
