I have a degenerative problem in my low back at the L-5 S-1 joints. Barbell back squats hurt my back. Even with proper coaching, I cant manage to avoid the pain. Deadlifts are similar. I want to keep training my legs
I was considering buying the Super Squats hip belt from Ironmind and loading pin. Any advice? I have access to a trap bar deadlift also.
Any advice would be much appreciated. The only exercises I want to do are the ones that cause me pain haha
You should consult a doctor in the case,it could be because of over training.
i guess you should take rest for a while and than start it back.All the best
