Hey guys,

have any of you ever had shoulder bursitis? if so how have you dealt with it?
I just ordered some bands to strengthen the rotor cuff and hopeful re-hab my issue, would just like to know if you have had success with certain methods.

super cissus and ibuprofen gel reduces the pain/inflammation but i need a way to prevent it from occurring. it flares up after sleeping and after chest day, I would say i have weak shoulders but cant train side delts because this is painful and aggravates the bursitis.

thanks for any help

Good luck man
