Bicep tear/rupture, what to do immediately after injury?

I'm doing R.I.C.E. right now
I've taken:
14 pills of mass pro synthagen with 500ml of tart cherry juice
5g of vitamin C,
1200mg of cissus quadrangularts(50% ketosterone),
6g HMB,
10g Creatine
1g of phosphotidyl serine
And some unweighed quantity of ginger, turmeric and black pepper.

I'm hoping this is anti-catabolic/cortisol enough to promote a rapid recovery, don't know what else to do right now. Just feel really bad right now cause this was my first mass pro synthagen run with blue print(just started first feast workout).

Is there anything else I should do?

Maybe someone else could chime in here but IMHO I would stop using the MPS if you are not training because of the cost unless you have some other purpose outside protein synthesis acceleration.
I would just rest it, castor oil rubs, and maybe just do lower-body exercises until it heals. good luck bro.

One tip with the castor oil.
Lightly heat the oil with a spoon under a candle. That really helps.
